A brand new Hot Pot restaurant

We've been commissioned to take care of their holistic brand strategy. Our mission is to help them create a brand that reflects the authenticity of Chinese Hot Pot culture meanwhile maintain a concise and modern style.
The restaurant is located in Milan, Italy.

Approach
We took inspiration from the Chinese calligraphy and used it in the logotype, to create a story to tell. We decorated the menu with full-spread illustration to show a warm, cozy and enjoyable restaurant scene, we also combined spot illustrations to bring clarity to the welcome guide for both novices and natives like.
